Karate European Championship in Hódos

This weekend, not handball players, but Europe’s best karatekas will fight each other in the Hódos Imre Event Hall.

The Hódos Imre Event Hall will host the 13th SKDUN Shotokan Karate European Championship between April 12 and 14. Nearly a thousand karatekas from 20 nations will participate in the event. The EC will also have participants from Debrecen. DEAC’s Shotokan Karate Junior Division is going to the continental competition with a team of thirty people. At the beginning of March, a karate event, the Kyokushinkai style Hungarian championship, was also organized in Hódos.
