DVSC SCHAEFFLER will start the championship in the home of Vasas. The program is certain until the end of the year, the continuation in January depends on whether we reach the group stage of the EHF Europa League.
The official part of the 2024/25 season starts for DVSC SCHAEFFLER on Saturday, September 7, with an away match against Vasas. The team from Debrecen will play its second away match in the Fáy utca hall of the Red and Blues, but this time MTK-Budapest will be the host as a “subtenant”. In the meantime, Loki will be making its home debut, on Saturday, September 14, one of the promoted teams, Esztergom, will be the guest at Hódos. In the 4th round, on October 5, we will welcome the other newcomer, the Szombathely team, and then there will be two midweek matches against the two Hungarian BL players. First, on Wednesday, October 9, we will be the guests of Győr, and then a week later, Ferencváros will visit Debrecen. DVSC SCHAEFFLER will next play in November, the match will be at Alba-Fehérvár’s home on Saturday 2nd at 16:30. On Wednesday, November 6, at 6:00 p.m., we will host the Budaörs team, followed by the first match of the EHF Europa League play-off round on the weekend (November 9 or 10) with the winner of the Valcea-Dunaszerdahely duel, and that too away. Between the two cup matches, another rally awaits the girls, on November 13, we will be the guests of Mosonmagyaróvár. The return match that will decide whether to qualify for the EL group stage will take place on November 16 or 17 in Hódos.
Then there will be a longer break due to the domestic European Championship, Loki will next play in the Hungarian Cup on December 21 or 22, the opponent and the venue will be announced later. The year-end league match will take place on Sunday, December 29, when the opponent will be Békéscsaba in Hódos.
We are not writing about the continuation in January because it depends on whether we get into the group stage of the Europa League. We hope that the program at the beginning of the year will be busy!
