At the beginning of the second half, we got a little stuck. Vasas started with 3-0, so they caught up to two goals. It took five minutes to get back into the game. With the quick goals of Sercien-Ugolin and Töpfner, the five-goal difference was restored by the 38th minute, and in fact, we were leading by seven in the 41st minute. We won the ball one after the other with careful defense, and the visiting team was less and less able to follow our quick starts, so the difference continued to increase in the continuation. Jessica Ryde again defended over 40%, Alexandra Töpfner didn’t stop for ten goals, but the whole team played great in the second half. The result was a 14-goal victory.

Zoltán Szilágyi: We can be satisfied with the overall picture, but we had ups and downs. The match had a difficult start, which clearly compliments Vasas, and we started just as badly in the second half. In the continuation, the good goalkeeping performance came, the defense improved and we were able to pull away with the quick rush goals. The ending was a real joy game, which I am particularly happy about. Csaba Konkoly: I congratulate Debrecen because they played very convincingly. The outcome of the match was clear, the only thing that really bothered me was the big difference. For thirty minutes we were able to play as tactically as I would like. We will continue to work so that these thirty minutes can be extended to sixty against opponents of similar strength.
