From today to Sunday, DVSC SCHAEFFLER will participate in a four-team international tournament. On the first day, the Romanian SCM Gloria Buzau will be the opponent.
On Thursday morning, the team practiced in a domestic environment, then at noon the girls left for Transylvania, to be precise, to Beszterce, where they will participate in an international preparatory tournament at the invitation of CS Gloria 2018 Bistrita-Nasaud.
As an introduction to the event, a press conference was held on Friday morning in the impressive TeraPlast Arena, where the coaches of all four teams were present. “Thank you for the invitation, it is a great pleasure for us to be able to play against great teams in a wonderful sports hall – said our head coach, Zoltán Szilágyi. “This tournament is an important part of our preparation, it’s a great test for us before the start of the season.”
On the first day, at three in the afternoon Hungarian time, DVSC SCHAEFFLER will play the opening match against Gloria Buzau, and two hours later, the match between the hosts Gloria Bistrita and French Besancon will begin. The two winners will play for first place on Sunday at five o’clock Hungarian time, the bronze medal match starts at three o’clock in the afternoon.
